Phyllis Rummel Photography

Phyllis has loved photography since she was young. She enjoyed taking pictures and was fascinated with photography using her parent’s old Brownie and Argus cameras. She was born and raised in Austin, a 6^th generation Texan with deep roots in Texas History.

 

She started photographing nature and wildlife while hunting, photographing while sitting in a deer blind.  She enjoys taking outdoor wildlife/scenic/landscape. Every Fall she and her husband drive to the Colorado Rocky Mountains to photograph fall colors.

 

She attended Austin Community College photography classes and New York Institute of Photography; April 1998, Graduated in Professional Photography.
